TWELVE AMCC BOWLERS EARN NTCA ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM HONORS
Mount Aloysius College bowlers Jessica Bello (Business Administration), Lucy Craig (Biology) and Casey Schaffer (Business Administration), New Jersey City University's Cindy Alviar (Graphic Design), Autumn Fortunato (Psychology), Rachel McIntyre (Criminal Justice), and Medaille College's Kaitlyn Doane (Accounting), Michelle Magee (Veterinary Terchnology), Taylor Reese (Psychology), and Jennifer Stewart (Psychology) all earned academic honors on Monday as the student-athletes were honored on the National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA) 2016-2017 All-Academic Team for their efforts in the classroom.
Mount Aloysius College bowlers Jessica Bello (Business Administration), Lucy Craig (Biology) and Casey Schaffer (Business Administration), New Jersey City University's Cindy Alviar (Graphic Design), Autumn Fortunato (Psychology), Rachel McIntyre (Criminal Justice), and Medaille College's Ysobel Conrad (Criminal Justice), Caitlyn Cornish (Liberal Studies), Kaitlyn Doane (Accounting), Michelle Magee (Veterinary Terchnology), Taylor Reese (Psychology), and Jennifer Stewart (Psychology) all earned academic honors on Monday as the student-athletes were honored on the National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA) 2016-2017 All-Academic Team for their efforts in the classroom.
Each season the National Tenpin Coaches Association recognizes student athletes who have excelled in the classroom. To be recognized, a student athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher for the academic school year. This year there are 229 honorees, representing 50 NCAA programs.
