PITT-GREENSBURG'S DOMER NAMED PRESEASON ALL-AMERICAN

Pitt-Greensburg senior outfielder James Domer has been named a first team pre-season All-American by D3 Baseball.

Last season, Domer was the AMCC Player of the Year and also was an All-ECAC selection. Domer led all of DIII in batting average (.496) and was second in the AMCC in home runs (8) and slugging percentage (.815). He led UPG all offensive categories (AVG, runs, hits, doubles, triples, HR, RBI, OBS and on base). In 135 at bats, he struck out only five times and was held hitless in only four of 35 games. Defensively, Domer had a 1.000 fielding percentage playing primarily centerfield and had three outfield assists.
