PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Mount Aloysius P/UTIL Tyler Quade heated up along with the weather, as the Mounties went on their Spring Break trip in Myrtle Beach. The Sophomore hit a whopping .565 for the week, going for multi-hit games in four of the six contests. Three of his 13 hits went for extra-bases, including two homeruns. In a 5-3 loss to No. 5 Eastern Connecticut State, Quade went 3-for-4 and hit a two-run homerun. He followed that up with a 4-for-5 performance against Cairn, adding a double and scoring a run. Quade walked three times for an on-base percentage of .615.

BEST OF THE REST: Alfred State 1B Nick Serce hit .421 on Spring Break with a .560 OBP and a .947 SLG, as he hit three home runs, including a game-winner and drove in four RBI on the week...PS-Altoona 1B Jon Rauch had a big day in the Lions' doubleheader sweep of Waynesburg on the road Thursday afternoon, as he finished 4-for-6 (.667) at the plate with four RBI, three runs scored, one home run, and one triple in the two games combined...Hilbert 1B Jack Duffek went 4-for-7 with a double, run scored and two RBI in the Hawks doubleheader at Houghton University on Thursday afternoon, including a three-hit performance in game two to lift the Hawks to a 4-2 win.
