Fagan was one of the biggest reasons the Mavericks finished the week with two huge wins over Penn State Behrend and La Roche College to take over sole possession of first place in the AMCC standings. Fagan started the week by dropping 22 against the Lions on Wednesday and finished things off with another 20 points against the Redhawks on Saturday. It was the fourth and fifth time Fagan had at least 20 points in a game, and first time in his career he had back-to-back 20 point efforts by shooting 62.5% from the field and 90% from the free throw line.

BEST OF THE REST: Hilbert G Jalen Smith led the Hawks to a 2-0 record this week, averaging 25.5 points and 5.5 assist per game, while also draining a buzzer-beater for an overtime win on Wednesday night aganist Alfred State, as well as breaking the 1000 point mark...PS-Altoona G/F Javon Wilson had another strong week for the Lions, helping his team go 2-0 in AMCC play and clinching a conference tournament berth, as he averaged 20.5 points per game, 5.5 assists per game, 5.0 rebounds per game, and 3.5 steals per game....Pitt-Bradford F Evan Greening recorded his 16th and 17th double-doubles of the season, as he averaged 19.5 points and 15 rebounds and ranks third nationally in doubles and rebounding...Franciscan C Matt Trent averaged 16.0 points last week and narrowly missed a double-double with 9.0 rebounds per game, including a career-high 22 points against Hilbert and a double-double at Penn State Altoona with 10 points and 10 rebounds...PS-Behrend F Dan Wanker put together a solid week for the Lions, shooting 57.1 percent and averaging 14 points and six rebounds in two games, including 16 points and seven rebounds in a 77-63 loss to Medaille, he then followed up with a 12-point performance in an 82-46 win against Pitt-Greensburg...La Roche G Darius Lawrence averaged 11 points and shot 67% from the field in two conference games....Mount Aloysius F Brennan Garner came off the bench to score a career-high 10 points in a road loss to La Roche.
