PLAYER OF THE WEEK: La Roche G Devon Darrell scored a season-high in points against Mount Aloysius, as he racked up 33 points on 12-for-15 shooting from the field. He followed that up at home on Saturday when he netted 30 points against Alfred State, giving him an overall total this past week of 63 points scored in two games. The senior shot 68.8% from field goal range overall, and on Saturday went 4-for-5 from long range. He averaged 31.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 3.0 steals on the week as the Redhawks went 2-0 to stay undefeated (4-0) in conference play. 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend G Tommy DiRienzo scored 24 points in each game this week, shooting 54.8 percent from the floor and 81.8 percent from the free-throw line in a 1-1 week for the Lions, as he averaged 33.5 minutes, 7.0 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game for Behrend...Hilbert G Quran Briggs led the Hawks to a 2-0 record this week, averaging 23 points and five rebounds per game, leading the Hawks to a 92-66 win over Alfred State with 25 points, seven rebounds, and shooting 56.3 percent from the field, while following that up with a 21 point effort in an overtime win at Mount Aloysius, helping the Hawks to a tie for first place in the AMCC at 4-0...PS-Altoona F Mason Bush continued his strong and steady play for the Lions during a 2-0 week of AMCC play, as he scored 16 points to go along with two rebounds, two assists, and one steal on Wednesday against UPG, and in a home win against Pitt-Bradford on Saturday, the junior forward tied for the team-high in points with 15...Pitt-Greensburg F Jojo France averaged 19.5 points over two AMCC games, averaging 34.0 minutes in those two games and shooting 30 percent from behind the arc, while also adding six assists in a win against Behrend on Saturday.
