Butler averaged 26.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 5.0 steals per game as the Panthers started out 2-0 in conference play last week. He shot 51.2% from the field over the two games. After starting strong with a 21-point, nine rebound, and five-assist performance against Wells, Butler led the Panthers to an important road win at Mount Aloysius. He scored 31 points while tallying five rebounds and four assists in the win. He also led the Panthers' defensive effort in the game, recording eight steals and two blocks.

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona F Dwayne Jones had a big week for the Lions, as he led the Lions to an OT win over UPG with a career-high 28 points while also finishing with a team-high 13 rebounds and five steals, he then recorded 19 points while finishing with team-highs in rebounds and blocks, recording nine and three, in an OT loss to Hilbert...Hilbert F Edward Perez led the Hawks to two AMCC conference wins over the week, averaging a double-double with 20 points and 10.5 rebounds per game, as he posted his first double-double of the week with 14 points and 11 rebounds in the 75-71 win over Alfred State before following it up with 26 points, 10 rebounds, and four steals in the 96-89 OT win at Penn State Altoona...Mount Aloysius F De'Von Haggans averaged 22 points and seven rebounds on 70% shooting in two conference matchups last week as the Mounties would go 1-1 in AMCC play, as he led all players in points with 23 in Wednesday's matchup against La Roche...PS-Behrend G Tommy DiRienzo averaged 19.0 points per game, shooting 54.5 percent in two games to begin conference play this past week, as he scored 25 points against Carlow and also collected six rebounds to lead the Lions to a 93-44 win on Wednesday, he then tallied 13 points with a game-high five assists and three steals at Pitt-Greensburg on Saturday...Alfred State G Paris Jamison averaged 16.5 points per game while shooting 61.9 percent from the floor, as he tallied 16 points and five rebounds against Hilbert and ended the week with a 17 point game against La Roche while also grabbing seven rebounds...Carlow G Byron Gaskins led the Celtics in a 1-1 week, including an exciting overtime win against Wells on Saturday where he recorded 19 points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals...Pitt-Greensburg G James Evans-McQuay averaged 16 points and 6.5 rebounds over two games in which the Bobcats went 1-1, he did this while shooting 50 percent from the floor over 31.5 minutes per game, as his best game was a 20 point-eight rebound game in an overtime loss to Altoona.
