Mullins had an incredible week winning two invitationals and tying for third in another. He shot a 2-under par 70 on Tuesday at Grove City and then defended his 2016 Penn State Invitational title with a 2-under 70 at Sinking Valley Country Club. He then helped the Redhawks take the team title at the Mt. Aloysius Invitational with a third place finish on Sunday.

BEST OF THE REST: Pitt-Bradford SO Jamie Rook led the Panthers with a 71 on Wednesday to not only a victory in the event but also the all-time lowest team score in program history with 301, while also putting up back-to-back 77's, helping the Panthers to strong finishes in big fields of teams...PS-Behrend FR Jack Perfett placed second overall for the two-day tournament this weekend, carding a 72 on Saturday to tie for third and then shooting a 73 on Sunday for a 145 total...Medaille SO Bobby Merino averaged a 79.0 over the weekend for the Mavericks with a career-best 78 at the Mount Aloysius Invitational...Hilbert FR Nathan Mann, although competing as an individual for Hilbert, has improved in each tournament this season, firing an 86 at the MAC invite, the third lowest score for Hilbert on the day...PS-Altoona SO Pete Thongyai had a strong week for the Lions, averaging 77.5 in four rounds, with his best rounds coming in the Penn State Altoona Invitational, when he tied for fifth place with a score of 74, and the Mount Aloysius Invitational, where he shot a 74 to tie for fourth place.
