ALFRED STATE'S JACK LEAHY NAMED MEN'S SOCCER ALL-AMERICAN
Alfred State College senior center-back Jack Leahy was announced as a United Soccer Coaches (USC) Third Team All-American. Leahy becomes the first in program history and the fifth time the AMCC has produced an all-american in the sport of men's soccer.
Alfred State College senior center-back Jack Leahy was announced as a United Soccer Coaches (USC) Third Team All-American. Leahy becomes the first in program history and the sixth time the AMCC has produced an all-american in the sport of men's soccer.
Leahy was a brutal force on the field for the Pioneers throughout his time at Alfred State. He has been named AMCC Defensive Player of the Year, First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Region, twice in his career. Leahy is also a three-time all-conference selection and a three-time member of the AMCC all-tournament team.
Under Leahy's years as a Pioneer, he has secured an AMCC Regular Season Championship, AMCC Tournament Championship and appeared in the NCAA Tournament.
