EJ Heyman, Penn State Altoona, Men's Swimming
Heyman had two individual first places and was part of a relay first place in the Lions' sweep of AMCC opponents Alfred State and Pitt-Bradford on the road Saturday. He took first in the 100 Yard Backstroke with a time of 57.59, and notched his second individual victory of the meet in the 200 Yard Backstroke, finishing in 2:08.50 to take first place. Additionally, EJ was part of the first place 400 Yard Medley Relay team that finished with a combined time of 3:49.42.

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend JR Anthony Tumino swam a leg on the winning 200 medley relay that also set a pool record with a time of 1:33.62, he also added two individual wins on the day, coming in first in the 50 free (21.05) and the 100 free (47.07)...Alfred State SR Riley Hoyt came in first place in the 100 and 200 breaststroke with respective times of 1:03.21 and 2:22.44...Pitt-Bradford JR Conan Young won both of his individual races at the Trimatch with Alfred State and Penn State-Altoona over the weekend. He won the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:49.37, winning the race by only 0.29 seconds. Young also won the 500-yard freestyle, finishing in 4:54.51, 5.49 seconds ahead of the field.
