NINE AMCC STUDENT-ATHLETES NAMED TO CSC ALL-ACADEMIC TEAMS
Nine AMCC student-athletes from the Carlow University and Penn State Altoona women’s and men’s tennis teams were named to the College Sports Communicators’ NCAA Division III Academic All-District teams on Tuesday afternoon, when the organization announced the list.
Nine AMCC student-athletes from the Carlow University and Penn State Altoona women’s and men’s tennis teams were named to the College Sports Communicators’ NCAA Division III Academic All-District teams on Tuesday afternoon, when the organization announced the list.
To be eligible for a spot on an Academic All-District team for tennis, student-athletes must meet certain academic and athletic requirements. Academically, student-athletes must be at least sophomores while holding cumulative grade-point averages of 3.5 or higher. Athletically, a player must have been in the lineup for at least 70 percent of their team’s matches during the 2024-25 season. Nominators could submit up to four qualified student-athletes per team.
Seven women and two men from Carlow and Penn State Altoona were named to the CSC's NCAA Division III Academic All-District teams.
