BEHREND MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY WINS FISHER INVITATIONAL, BUFFINGTON FINISHES FIRST
The Penn State Behrend men's cross country team finished first at the Fisher Invitational held at Westminster Friday night.

The Lions finished the race with a score of 38 led by junior Dylan Buffington who finished first overall with a time of 26:10.67. Washington & Jefferson came in 10 points behind the Lions with 48 points. Geneva placed third (69), Franciscan came in fourth (83), and Westminster rounded out the top five with 110 points.
Junior Jake Parsons came in behind Buffington, placing fourth overall with a time of 27:15.87. Junior Ian Griffith came in sixth, freshman Chris Drozynski placed 14th, and freshman Alex Kubala came in 15th to round out the top 15 for the Lions with times of 27:25.61, 28:07.43, and 28:11.43, respectively.
Franciscan sophomore Nick Long placed fifth overall with a time of 27:24.40 and freshman Patrick Tansill placed eighth, crossing the finish line in 27:29.64.
