HILBERT, D'YOUVILLE, MEDAILLE COMPETE AT HARRY F. ANDERSON INVITATIONAL

The Hilbert College men's cross country team dropped over 20 minutes off their collective individual times from a week ago, to run to a 18th place finish at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational race hosted by Roberts Wesleyan College this afternoon. The Hawks were the highest-placing AMCC team, followed by D'Youville College in 19th place and Medaille College in 22nd. 

Hilbert junior Nicholas Bentivegna  dropped just under two minutes from his 8K time a week ago to lead the Hawks around the Matt James Trails in 30:13.5 which is his second fastest time since he ran in the NCAA Mideast Regional event a year ago. 

 D'Youville junior Brian Buttaggi was the fastest AMCC runner, crossing the finish line in 30:07.9. 

Medaille freshman Zachary Davis paced the Mavs by finishing between Buttaggi and Bentivegna with a time of 30:10.0.
