BEHREND MEN EDGE FRANCISCAN BY EIGHT SECONDS FOR CROSS COUNTRY TITLE
The Penn State Behrend men's cross country team edged out Franciscan University by just eight total seconds to claim the 2017 AMCC Men's Cross Country Championsip.
The Penn State Behrend men's cross country team edged out Franciscan University by just eight total seconds to claim the 2017 AMCC Men's Cross Country Championsip. This was the Lions' seventh consecutive title, and eleventh overall.
Franciscan freshman Liam Galligan had a stellar performance and received top honors as he crossed the finish line first with a time of 26:23. Galligan was followed closely behind by Behrend senior Dylan Buffington who finished in 26:42. Rounding out the top three was Behrend freshman Zachary Workman with a time of 26:52.
