RUNNER OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend FR Zach Wortman led the charge for the Lions, finishing the race with a time of 26:27.2. In his second career race, the freshman finished first for Behrend, helping the Lions win their home invitational with a score of 37. Wortman came in second place out of 146 runners.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Franciscan FR Liam Galligan led the Barons to a fourth-place finish, one of their highest finishes at Notre Dame, as he finished the 8K race in 26:56.8, placing 15th out of 131 runners...Hilbert JR Adam Droz finished the Experience Evangola Invitational in 30:35, placing fourth among the 45 runners in the race.
