RUNNER OF THE WEEK: Medaille SR Nicholas Cicero competed in the Harry F. Anderson Invitational at Roberts Wesleyan. He finished with a time of 30:16.4, improving his 8K time from last week by three seconds.

 

 

BEST OF THE REST: Pitt-Greensburg JR Calvin Dziewulski placed 19th out of 55 runners at the Penn State Fayette Invitational, crossing the 8K finish line in 33:00.2...Medaille SO Jonathan Heck trimmed 10-minutes off his previous 8K best and finished the Harry F. Anderson in 37:48.2.
