BEHREND'S TINGLEY NAMED TO ALL-ECAC TEAM

Penn State Behrend softball sophomore pitcher Abby Tingley was named to the 2024 All-Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Softball Team, announced on Tuesday.

She adds All-ECAC Team accolades to her resume after coming off her first All-Region honors. Tingley, the AMCC Pitcher of the Year, was also on the All-AMCC First Team. She led the Lions in the circle this season, finishing with an 18-5 overall record for a 1.35 ERA. Tingley pitched 134.1 innings and fanned 94 batters. She allowed just 26 earned runs in 25 appearances, recording five shutouts in 16 complete games. Tingley also went undefeated in AMCC action (9-0).
