Rachel Miller, Penn St. Behrend, Pitcher of the Week

Miller only gave up two earned runs for a 0.72 ERA in three wins during the AMCC Tournament. She recorded two shut-out victories, allowing just four hits with no runs against Mt. Aloysius and D'Youville in the championship game. Miller also fanned 10 batters over three games and was named to the All-Tournament team.

PITCHER OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend JR Rachel Miller only gave up two earned runs for a 0.72 ERA in three wins during the AMCC Tournament. She recorded two shut-out victories, allowing just four hits with no runs against Mt. Aloysius and D'Youville in the championship game. Miller also fanned 10 batters over three games and was named to the All-Tournament team.

 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona JR Kate Burge went 2-2 with a pair of complete games, allowing 22 hits, 13 walks, and only five earned runs while striking out 20 batters and compiling a 1.36 ERA...La Roche FR Hayley Lashinsky had a 1.24 ERA in 5.2 innings to earn an AMCC Tournament win.
