Monin has had a strong start to her senior season after the Spartans traveled to Clermont, FL for their spring trip. In six games, Monin is tied for the team lead with four RBI, seven hits and four runs scored. She has double-digit hits in three games and leads the team with two triples. This season, Lydia has moved to center field and been an outstanding defender with excellent range. She has committed no errors in center and has one assist.
