Lauren Kocher, Medaille College, Player of the Week

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Medaille C/INF Lauren Kocher had an impressive week for the Mavericks as Medaille went 1-1 in their two game set against Thiel College. Kocher went 5-7, hitting .714 (1.000 slugging percentage) with two doubles, three RBI and one run scored. She also had a great week fielding, making zero errors while getting credit for eight put outs and one assist. 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona SS Haley Giedroc batted 4-for-8 with three doubles, one triple, two RBI, and one run scored while posting a 1.000 fielding percentage...La Roche INF Aubriatta Martin helped La Roche to two wins by hitting .444 (4 for 9) with three RBI, two doubles, a run and a stolen base...D'Youville OF Lydia Monin hit .400 with a .471 on base percentage, totaling six hits, five runs, three RBI, two walks and two doubles in four games...Franciscan SS/OF Anna Ames hit .500 last week with three hits while drive in a run and scoring once and was perfect in the field with four assists and a put out...Pitt-Greensburg P/1B Marley Lafferty was the offensive leader last week for Bobcats with a .500 batting average and a team-high three runs scored., notching two doubles, one homerun, an RBI, and earned one walk over the four game span...PS-Behrend OF Allania Banta helped the Lions split with Westminster, smacking a two-run homer and scoring two runs in a 7-2 game one victory, she also tallied a triple in game two for her only hit.
