La Roche women’s basketball enters Wednesday’s Game of the Week Having won its last seven games. The Redhawks are coming off a week in which they defeated Carlow and Alfred State. Dasja Anderson netted her 1,000th career point against Carlow, ending with 19 points, five rebounds and four assists. Jazmine Dunn led the way against Alfred State with 21 points, five rebounds and nine assists. During the win streak, La Roche is averaging 79.7 points per game and has an average margin of victory sitting at 31.4 per game.

Mount Aloysius enters Wednesday’s game riding a three-game conference win streak, defeating Hilbert, Pitt-Greensburg, and Pitt-Bradford by double-digit margins. The Mounties set a new program record for points scored in a 105-77 victory over the Panthers last Saturday, the second such record set this season. The Mounties are led by forward Molly Kosmack, currently the AMCC leader in rebounds per game (10.4), blocks per game (2.1), and field goal percentage (57.1), while averaging the fourth highest points per game (15.4) in the conference. The team’s current win streak has been aided by strong performances from guard Angelina Kohlwaies, who has averaged 21.3 points, 4.6 assists, 5.6 rebounds, and 2.3 steals across the last three games, while sustaining 65% shooting from the field and 66% shooting from three.
