BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona F Avana Sayles had a steady all-around week for the Lions, as she finished with 15 points and 11 rebounds in Wednesday night's victory at Pitt-Greensburg, then in a win at Alfred State on Saturday, she totaled 15 points, 19 rebounds, three steals, and one block, for the week she averaged 15.0 points, 15.0 rebounds, and 2.0 steals per game...PS-Behrend G Morgan Altavilla scored 18 points in two conference wins this past week to help the Lions earn the Regular-Season Championship, as she averaged 18.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.5 steals, in addition to her 18 points, Altavilla went 6-for-8 from the free-throw line and pulled down six rebounds in the win over La Roche...Mount Aloysius F Molly Kosmack put together a strong two-game conference stretch, providing consistent production on both ends of the floor, as she averaged 14.0 points and 9.5 rebounds over the two contests while shooting better than 52 percent from the field, including registering 19 points and 11 rebounds vs Penn State Behrend...Hilbert G Kayla Johnson led the way for Hilbert last week, contributing a game-high 17 points to go along with seven assists and six rebounds going 5-for-9 from three in a in over Pitt-Bradford, she then paced Hilbert with 19 points, hitting three three‑pointers and sparking several offensive runs in a loss to Carlow, for the week she averaged 18.0 points and 4.5 rebounds per game while dishing out 3.5 assists per game......Carlow G/F Emari Stinnette averaged 14 points per game against conference opponents Mount Aloysius and Hilbert last week.
