The Mounties (4-0) were led by Rayissa Amon. The freshman averaged 199 in the traditional team format and posted the highest single game score, rolling a 246 vs. New Jersey City. Mount Aloysius claimed three of the top four individual performances for the day.
In second place is Penn State Altoona (2-2), followed by host Medaille College (2-2) at #3. The Lady Lions had the tiebreaker edge, defeating the Lady Mavs, 783-758, in head-to-head competition.
Rounding out the field is New Jersey City University in fourth and Pitt-Bradford in fifth. Both squads completed the round robin at 1-3, but NJCU had the upper hand in head-to-head competition, posting a 759-750 victory.
Play resumes at 9am Sunday Classic Lanes in Kenmore, NY, with a round robin Baker format.
