MOUNT ALOYSIUS LEADS AFTER DAY ONE OF SECOND AMCC ROUND ROBIN
With a perfect 4-0 record and a total pinfall of 4416, Mount Aloysius College leads the field of five after the first day of the second AMCC Women's Bowling Round Robin tournament, hosted by Pitt-Bradford at Byllye Lanes.
The Mounties were followed by New Jersey City University with a 3-1 record (3893 TPF) and Medaille College at 2-2 (3768 TPF) to round out the top three.
Mount Aloysius sophomore Rayissa Amon finished the day with the highest individual total pinfall, 978, and a 195.6 average. Mountie freshman Casey Schaffer totaled the second highest of the day with 930 total pinfall and a 186.0 average. New Jersey City sophomore Autumn Fortunato also finished in the top three with a 863 total pinfall and 172.6 average.
The round robin tournament will wrap up on Sunday with the Baker matches.
