18 AMCC BOWLERS NAMED TO NTCA ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM
18 student-athletes from AMCC women’s bowling programs were named to the 2017-18 National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA) All-Academic Team, which was released on Monday.
18 student-athletes from AMCC women’s bowling programs were named to the 2017-18 National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA) All-Academic Team, which was released on Monday.
Each season, the NTCA recognizes student-athletes who have excelled in the classroom by compiling an All-Academic Team. To be included, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.4 or higher for the academic school year. The 2017-18 NTCA All-Academic Team is comprised of a record 268 honorees, representing NCAA women’s bowling programs at 55 different institutions.
The 18 AMCC women’s bowlers who earned spots on the 2017-18 NTCA All-Academic Team are:
Medaille College: Ysobel Conrad, Caitlyn Cornish, Mackenzie Derleth, Carla Hansen, Jennifer Stewart, Morgan Walsh
New Jersey City University: Cindy Alviar, Autumn Fortunato, Rachel McIntyre, Valerie Moore
Penn State Altoona: Rylee Duck, Kyrstin Johnson, Sierra Snigier, Nicole Watt
Penn State Behrend: Bobbi Doubet, Hali Hartley, Becky Patterson, Katie Wotus
