MEDAILLE BOWLING EXPECTED TO REPEAT AS CONFERENCE CHAMPS IN 2022
Four-time defending AMCC Champion Medaille College is once again expected to finish at the top of conference standings, according to league coaches.
Four-time defending AMCC Champion Medaille College is once again expected to finish at the top of conference standings, according to league coaches. After winning the AMCC championship, the Mavs earned their first NCAA tournament victory last season in an upset thriller over top-ranked University of Nebraska. Saint Vincent College is expected to finish in second place, with Mount Aloysius College rounding out the top three.
Medaille junior Sarah Radt has been named the 2022 AMCC Preseason Player of the Year. Radt was the 2021 AMCC Bowler of the Year, was a NTCA All-Region selection and a NTCA All-American Honorable Mention. Radt was also named the Medaille College Female Athlete of the Year in 2021-22.
The AMCC Championship will be held March 25-27 at Sim’s Lanes in Beaver Falls, PA, with the winner earning the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.
