Amon capped off an impressive freshman campaign at the 2016 AMCC championship. Amon led the Mounties to their first women's bowling title, leading the team to a 7-1 record throughout the weekend. Amon averaged 19.9 in the Baker format and 199 in the team match format. She recorded a single game high of 246 against New Jersey City. Amon was also named to the AMCC all-tournament team.

BEST OF THE REST: Penn St Altoona FR Rebecca Amedola helped the Lady Lions finish as AMCC runners-up by averaging 180.0 per game in Saturday's team matches and 17.15 pins per frame in Sunday's baker matches, while also earning a team on the AMCC all-tournament team...Medaille SR Tallie Papke was the anchor for Medaille in their Baker matches, while also averaging 157.25 in the traditional portion of the AMCC Championships, she led the Mavs to a third place finish and was named to the AMCC all-tournament team...New Jersey City FR Autumn Fortunato earned all-tournament team honors in the Gothic Knights’ first appearance in the AMCC Championship after averaging a 152.25 with a 180 high game in a nine-pin win over Pitt-Bradford.
