Ruszczyk had a strong week for the Mavericks last week, helping them go 2-1. Defensively she was all over the field, scooping up a team high 12 ground balls and causing a team high five caused turnovers. She also earned 17 draw controls. Offensively she may have been even better, scoring 14 goals and adding three helpers to earn 17 total points in three games.

BEST OF THE REST: Franciscan M Mary Krolicki led the Lady Barons to a 2-0 week with a pair of impressive performances, including notching her 100th career goal as a Lady Baron and is the fastest player to reach this milestone as she did it in 39 games; for the week, Krolicki had 11 goals, two assists, 13 ground balls, 12 draws and 12 caused turnovers.Hilbert GK Ashley Repine recorded 41 saves and finished the week with a 48.8 save percentage, her 19 saves against Wells kept the Hawks in the game when the offense was struggling.
