Jordan Gebhart, Defensive Player of the Week, Mount Aloysius College
Gebhart was outstanding as the defensive anchor for the Mounties in a 3-0 shutout of Thiel College on Saturday. She also contributed on the offensive end this past week with set piece goals against both Lycoming and Thiel. Despite playing on defense, Gebhart has scored in five of the Mounties seven games this season, and is fourth in the AMCC in both goals and points.

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona GK Mackenzie Strubhar made seven saves in a 1-1 week, getting her win during her team's home-opening 6-1 defeat of Bethany College on Friday night...Hilbert D Brooklynn Gormel earned her first collegiate point as she tallied an assist versus Alfred University and was an integral part in the back line as the Hawks went 2-1-0 this week...D'Youville D Liz Lyons earned her second assist of the season in the Spartans' 9-0 win over SUNY Canton, while also starting several attacks from her outside back position and playing sound defense and distributing the ball to her teammates.
