BEST OF THE REST: D'Youville GK Megan Dulniak had another solid weekend for the Spartans at the Blue Devil Classic, playing every minute in goal and racking up a total of 18 saves and allowing one goal, while recording her second shutout of the season and being named to the Blue Devil Classic All-Tournament Team...Mount Aloysius D Karen Boone was outstanding in a 2-0 week at center back for a Mount Aloysius team that allowed zero goals in 1-0 victories over both St Vincent and Geneva, as she has played every minute of the season for a Mountie backline that has held opponents scoreless for 391 consecutive minutes to begin the 2017 season...Pitt-Greensburg GK Shannon Edwards started two games this past week against Chatham and Bethany, both of which were on the road, posting a 1.50 GAA and recording a .813 save percentage, while earning her first shutout of the season at Bethany...PS-Behrend D Sami Lowry tallied two assists, both on game-winners, and helped the Lions earn one shutout this week while being named to the all-tournament team at the Blue Devil Classic...PS-Altoona GK Sydney Emershaw made a career-high 11 saves during Penn State Altoona's loss at Westminster last Wednesday...La Roche D Tea Miksch scored a goal from her defensive position in a 4-2 win over Thiel...Hilbert D Jordan Collins stepped up for the Hawks defense this past week breaking up several offensive attacks in both games.
