MOUNT ALOYSIUS WOMEN'S TENNIS TEAM HELPS MAKE IT A NEW DAY WITH LOCAL PRE-SCHOOL

On Monday, February 10th, members of the women's tennis team from Mount Aloysius College volunteered at New Day, Inc. This organization provides preschool, before and after school care, and community events.

While helping out at the family game night, the athletes served dinner to those in attendance. Afterwards, they were matched up with a child and helped them in a scavenger hunt. The rest of the evening was spent playing basketball and volleyball with the children.

"It was so great meeting all of the children and their families. New Day, Inc. does a great job of bringing the community together. I can't remember the last time I laughed so much," said junior Laura Stahli.
