Rylee Long, Penn State Behrend, Women's Track & Filed (Field)

Long jumped 36-10 ¼ to break the school record, qualify for AARTFC, and score a victory in the event Saturday afternoon. She broke the Behrend indoor record of 36-9 that was previously set in 2006.

FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend FR Rylee Long jumped 36-10 ¼ to break the school record, qualify for AARTFC, and score a victory in the event Saturday afternoon. She broke the Behrend indoor record of 36-9 that was previously set in 2006.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Carlow SR Christina Smith led the Celtics at the Susquehanna Invitational with a fourth place finish in high jump with a leap of 1.52 meters. Smith was also part of the 4x400 relay team of Ella Cloak, Keri Lechner and Molly Wagner that garnered a fourth place finish with a time of 4:32.86. Smith also placed 15th in triple jump with a leap of 9.55 meters.
