FRANCISCAN'S SAM KELLY NAMED ECAC SOUTH LIBERO OF THE WEEK

Franciscan Libero Samantha Kelly was named ECAC South Libero of the Week for the week of October 6.

Kelly averaged 6.25 digs per set as the Lady Barons went 1-1 last week. The junior totaled 50 digs, with 29 in a 3-1 defeat by Penn State Altoona and 21 in 3-1 win over Medaille.  Kelly is currently first in the AMCC with 5.39 digs/set, and third in total digs with 307.  Kelly also recently broke the school record for digs and is ranked among the top 50 nationally.
