PITT-BRADFORD, PENN ST. ALTOONA EXPECTED TO SHARE WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL TOP SPOT
After tying for first place in the AMCC regular season a year ago with 7-2 records, Pitt-Bradford and Penn State Altoona are once again expected to share the top spot in 2018, according to league coaches.

With a runner-up finish in the 2017 conference tournament, La Roche College is expected to finish third this season.
La Roche senior outside hitter Laura Nath picks up Preseason Player of the Year honors. In 2017, Nath was an AMCC first team all-conference selection for the second straight year after receiving a nod to the second team her freshman season. As a junior, Nath led the AMCC in kills and kills per set for the second consecutive season. She ranked ninth in the nation in kills during her sophomore season and her 438 kills were the ninth most in AMCC history. She is also one of a handful Redhawks to reach 1000 career kills.
The AMCC Championship will be held November 4 at the site of the #1 seed, with the winner earning the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.
