Bristol had a big week to help her team go 2-1, including starting the AMCC schedule out with two wins in two matches. In Wednesday's loss at Penn State Harrisburg, she had seven kills, three aces, and one block assist. In Saturday's 3-2 win over AMCC opponent Pitt-Bradford, she tallied 14 kills, 11 digs, one ace, and one block assist. Later that day in her team's 3-2 victory against AMCC foe D'Youville, she posted 20 kills and 26 digs. On the week, Bristol totaled 41 kills (3.15 kills per set/3.4 in conference play), 37 digs (2.85 digs per set/3.7 in conference play), four aces (0.31 aces per set), and two block assists (0.15 blocks per set). She also swung at a .286 clip (.318 in conference play) and finished the week with 46.0 points (3.5 points per set).

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend S Hannah Saunders hit .364 while averaging 2.44 digs per set in a 2-1 week for the Lions, as she only committed two hitting errors in three matches, recording 10 kills and four aces...Mount Aloysius MH Sarah Fisher led the Mounties to a 3-1 week as she averaged 3.33 kills per set, .89 blocks per set, and recorded a .333 hitting percentage in conference play, including a win over DYC for the game of the week...Pitt-Bradford DS Laura Hildebrand played her best against conference opponents this week, earning 32 total digs (6.4 per set) against Penn State-Altoona and digging 40 balls (10 per set) against Mount Aloysius, racking up 82 digs on the week...Medaille OH Melissa Postek led the Mavs in kills in both matches, earning 14 kills against Pitt Greensburg and adding 12 more against Franciscan, while digging 24 balls and blocking seven more on the defensive end...Franciscan OH Maria Ciola helped the Lady Barons to a 2-1 week with double-digit kill efforts in every match this week, posting a season-best 14 kills against Medaille and her second-best career dig game with 21 against Medaille...D'Youville S Abby Booth recorded two double-doubles in two matches against Mount Aloysius and Penn State-Altoona, leading the team with 19 assists and 17 digs against Aloysius in a five set loss, she leads the team in assists/set (3.92), is second in assists (145), tied for second in service aces (13), third in digs (88), and fourth in blocks (10)...Hilbert MB Ashley Repine was a main factor in the Hawks earning their first victory of the season against Cazenovia, as she posted 10 kills (2.5 kps), 12 digs (3.0 dps), had four blocks and set a new Hilbert single-game service ace record with 10 aces on Sept 19.
