AMCC ANNOUNCES GOLFERS, BOWLER OF THE WEEK

The Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) has announced its Athletes of the Week for men's and women's golf and women's bowling for the period running from October 1-7, 2025.

MEN'S GOLF: Mount Aloysius SO Viktor Cussil had a strong showing this week for the Mounties as they placed third in the Sinking Valley Collegiate Classic. Cussil finished for a tie with fifth place after surging up the leaderboard 17 spots on day two with a 74. A weekend 77-74 for the sophomore and top-five finish was crucial for the Mounties finishing third out of 20 teams.

WOMEN'S GOLF: Mount Aloysius FR Chloe Fritch placed fifth at the Grove City Invitational, continuing her strong freshman campaign. Fritch shot an 81 and adds another top-five finish to her resume.

WOMEN'S BOWLING: PS-Behrend SR Lillie Holt bowled a team-high 267 in a 939-923 win over D'Youville on Saturday at the Mercyhurst Invite. She ended the day 12th individually with a 939 total, averaging 188.2 in the traditional team format. On Sunday, Holt had an 18.8 Baker average and a 90 percent frames filled percentage for five matches.
