Medaille College senior guard Joelle Pollak is the AMCC Women's Basketball Player of the Year, leading a standout roster of all-conference selections.

Cygan averaged 25.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, and shot 68% from the field as the Lady Redhawks won their fourth consecutive AMCC championship. The senior scored a career-high 35 points and broke the school’s all-time scoring record in an 80-67 semifinal win over Pitt-Bradford. Cygan scored another 16 points and grabbed 7 boards in a 91-55 win over Mount Aloysius for the title. Cygan finishes the season ranked 1st in points per game (18.3) and 4th in FG % (49.7%).
