All institution sport teams which compete for an AMCC championship may select one member from their team who displays good sportsmanship throughout the season to be a member of the All-AMCC Sportsmanship Team.

As the spring season continue to wind down, several AMCC teams have learned that their seasons aren't over yet as they continue to play in the NCAA national tournaments and the ECAC tournamet.
Pisczek was dominant in the AMCC Tournament. She pitched 12 innings over two games and did not allow a run to score on her way to two wins. In the opener against Pitt Bradford, She pitched all eight innings in a complete game shutout of the Panthers. She allowed five hits and a walk while striking out two. In the championship game against Franciscan, she came into the game in a relief appearance in the 4th inning. She allowed only one hit over the final four innings as the Mounties came back to win their second straight AMCC conference title.
Cochran hit .455 over the three games of the AMCC tournament. She went 3-for-5 with a run and an RBI in the comeback victory over Franciscan on Saturday. In the Championship game she went 2-for-3 and drove in the game-winning run with a single up the middle. She also pitched in the Championship game allowing one run on four hits over three innings.
With a 5-1 win over Franciscan University, Mount Aloysius successfully defended their AMCC softball title.
Day two of the AMCC softball championship is always a marathon, today was no exception.
#4 seed Franciscan University won twice on the opening day of the AMCC softball championship tournament, including their first ever program victory over #1 seed Penn St, Behrend.
The Penn St. Behrend Lions won the AMCC softball regular season title, earning hosting rights to the 2019 AMCC Softball Championship Tournament. The tournament will take place this weekend, Friday, May 3 through Sunday, May 5 in Erie, PA.
Kratzke was a workhorse for the Mavericks last week, going 4-2 over a four day stretch that saw the Mavs play four double headers in a row, including throwing a perfect game to add to her resume. She finished with a 2.44 ERA and 4-2 record, striking out 56 and throwing the first perfect game of her career in a 2-0 win over La Rcohe on Saturday. She followed that up with another complete game shut out, pitching 48 of a total of 56 innings for Medaille this weekend.
Benscoter hit .583 in a 4-0 week for the Mounties. With the Mounties needing a win to clinch the second seed in the conference tournament, Benscoter put in her best performance of the week. She went 3-for-3, scored two runs, drove in four and hit her second home run of the season. Both of her run-scoring hits were with two outs, with a two-run single in the first and a two-run homer to left in the fourth. She also put in an error-free performance at second base.
